Purple Vixen Strikes Back!

Purple Vixen's first attempt to kidnap Dragonfly had ended in a crushing defeat for Vixen. She had seriously underestimated her opponent.  But now it was Dragonfly's turn to underestimate HER opponent.  After mopping up the floor with Purple Vixen, she assumed that would be the last she would hear from her.  But Purple Vixen is nothing if not persistent.  She immediately developed a new plan to kidnap Dragonfly and began to set the plan in motion as soon as her wounds from her first battle with Dragonfly had healed.

Purple Vixen waited for Dragonfly to leave her home.  Assured that only her mother was home, she slipped in through a back entrance.  She was discovered by Dragonfly's big sister Minerve, who confronted her.  "Who are you?  How did you get in here?  Wait a minute, aren't you ... " Before Minerve could finish the thought, Purple Vixen laid into her with an uppercut punch to the chin.  Minerve crumpled in a heap to the ground.  "Without a source for her magic, she's useless!" Vixen chuckled as she rubbed her knuckles. 

A short while later, Dragonfly returned.  Purple Vixen then hid behind a pillar, waiting for her prey to come within range.  Dragonfly came into the room only to see her sister out cold on the floor.  "Oh my Go ...!"  She never got a chance to finish her outburst as Purple Vixen leapt from her hiding place, and put a cloth, saturated with chloroform over her nose and mouth.  "Let's see you try your fancy martial arts crap now, while you're going to sleep," taunted Vixen.  In mere moments, the small girl was completely overcome by the fumes and fell limp in Vixen's arms.  "Now to get you in the van and all tied up!" Vixen said as she hoisted the light girl over her shoulder.   As she walked past Minerve's still unconscious form, she tossed a ransom note on top of her.  "I only want to keep your brat sister for a short time, as long as it takes you to pay the ransom of one million dollars!  I know you got the dough lady! So don't cry poor mouth!  Act quickly, or I'll return her to you one piece at a time!  You will be contacted about where to deposit the money.  P.S.  You are pathetic!  It was so easy to knock you out!  Love to do it again!  Purple Vixen"
