Water Maiden and the Deep Sea Rescue XIII

As soon as Vixen said it, all eyes turned to see a LILAC helicopter gunship bearing down on the Coast Guard cutter.  Moments later, WHOOSH!   WHOOSH! as two Penguin anti-ship missiles were fired by the helicopter, flying at very close range toward the helpless cutter, which did not even have its gun manned.
